• Matthew 5:3
"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
  • City of Idols, Part 1 of 3 May 25, 2016
When Paul visited Athens, he discovered a city that was completely consumed with idol worship. Rather than rebuke their godless behavior, Paul felt compassion for the lost people of Athens. His compelling speech provides a model for us today, and it's our subject on Truth For Life with Alistair Begg!
  • The Doctrine of Actual Atonement, Part 2 May 25, 2016
You get a new credit card or cell phone—tools that will benefit you. But unless you first activate the card or phone, they’re worthless. See if benefiting from Christ’s work on the cross also requires activation today.
  • Dealing With Discouragement May 24, 2016
Any work for God is going to be met with opposition from the devil. When God's people have a mind to work the devil has a mind to wreck, and discouragement is his most valuable tool. But you can be armed against it and defeat him.

Youth Programs

One of the things that our church family has a heart for is the training of the next generation.  We know the importance of narrowing their focus to be on God instead of the things that our modern day culture has to offer them.  The wisdom of God is seen in the Proverbs…

Proverbs 22:6-“Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

The goal of the youth programs at our church is to come alongside their parents/ guardians and reinforce the Scriptures so that they can live victoriously in the world and not be a product of the culture.  We offer the following youth programs:

  • Infinite Life (ages 13-young adult) Sunday 7-9pm (Haines Christian Center)
  • Girl’s Bible Study (grades 6-8th) Monday 4pm (The Diggins home)
  • Beyond Existence (ages 7-12) Friday 5:15-6:45pm (Port Chilkoot Bible Church)

We typically meet from mid-September to late-April
