  • Miles Apart in the Same House, Part 2 of 4 ('Til Death Do Us Part) October 21, 2016
When the family unit breaks down, culture itself breaks down. Communication failures affect nearly every marriage, and this began quite early in history. In fact, we have a record of it in the Garden of Eden. Let’s look at the damage sin can do.
  • Characteristics of Christian Love, Part 2 of 5 October 22, 2016
Talking about relationships among believers, Paul wrote, "Love is not easily angered, love keeps no record of wrongs, love does not delight in evil, love rejoices in the truth, and love always protects." Listen as our study in First Corinthians 13 continues on Truth For Life with Alistair Begg!

Looking forward to worship…

From the desk of the pastor:

Hebrews 10:23-25–“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” ESV

It is Saturday once again…another week has drawn to a close and we look forward to another eventful week. One of the best ways to prepare ourselves for the coming week is by heeding the words in the above verses. When we gather together we have the opportunity to encourage one another in the common faith that we hold in Jesus Christ.

When we gather together to worship God, we have the opportunity to ‘give’ encouragement to one another and, when we do so, we will ‘get’ encouragement in return.

I look forward to having the opportunity to encourage you tomorrow!
