• Romans 5:17
For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
  • The Necessary Word October 5, 2015
Like all ministers, Timothy was responsible to teach the truth. In his second New Testament letter to this young pastor, Paul admonished Timothy to rely on the Scriptures alone when instructing his congregation. Hear the series called The Work of the Word on Truth For Life with Alistair Begg.
  • Uncompromising Faith in the Fiery Furnace, Part 1 October 5, 2015
Maybe you’ve heard about Christians dying for their faith . . . and wondered if you’d stay faithful under the same pressure. But back up for a second—how are you doing with less dramatic temptations to compromise?
  • The New Age October 5, 2015
What impact has eastern mysticism and the New Age had on western society? Adrian Rogers provides true enlightenment on the New Age with its beliefs in Karma, reincarnation, pantheism, and rejection of the problem of evil. We need a new state of mind, all right--but the New Age is not it!

Looking forward to worship…

From the desk of the pastor:

Hebrews 10:23-25–“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” ESV

It is Saturday once again…another week has drawn to a close and we look forward to another eventful week. One of the best ways to prepare ourselves for the coming week is by heeding the words in the above verses. When we gather together we have the opportunity to encourage one another in the common faith that we hold in Jesus Christ.

When we gather together to worship God, we have the opportunity to ‘give’ encouragement to one another and, when we do so, we will ‘get’ encouragement in return.

I look forward to having the opportunity to encourage you tomorrow!
