• John 14:2-3
In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.
  • The High Cost of Sexual Purity, Part 1 of 4 (Guard Your Heart) September 29, 2016
There’s a good reason why the Bible tells us to guard our hearts. Let’s consider the mind of a sex addict. We’ll see how a person becomes one, and learn what steps to take to break an addiction fed by sexual images on the internet.
  • Debates and Divisions, Part 2 of 2 September 29, 2016
In the book of Titus, Paul warns believers to be on guard against false teachers who distort the Gospel. On Truth For Life, Alistair Begg teaches us how to live out this command in a message called Debates and Division.
  • The Protection of Prayer September 29, 2016
You can’t expect a person to lead a pure, wholesome life apart from Christ—that’s just not the nature of fallen man. So why should you ask God—who’s absolutely holy—not to lead you into temptation when it’s not His nature to tempt you?
  • Rescue the Perishing September 29, 2016
Winning people to Jesus Christ is the principal duty of every Christian. Boldly sharing your faith can make a difference in this world. do you have compassion for the lost? If your heart doesn’t break with the things that break God’s heart, something is wrong

Looking forward to worship…

From the desk of the pastor:

Hebrews 10:23-25–“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” ESV

It is Saturday once again…another week has drawn to a close and we look forward to another eventful week. One of the best ways to prepare ourselves for the coming week is by heeding the words in the above verses. When we gather together we have the opportunity to encourage one another in the common faith that we hold in Jesus Christ.

When we gather together to worship God, we have the opportunity to ‘give’ encouragement to one another and, when we do so, we will ‘get’ encouragement in return.

I look forward to having the opportunity to encourage you tomorrow!
